Terms of Service

Service Description

Launch21, operated by Beltech Corp Holdings, provides digital presence deployment services under the System21 platform. We configure, deploy, and maintain social media profiles, business listings, and analytics properties on behalf of clients.

Account Ownership

All platform accounts, profiles, and digital assets created through Launch21 are owned by the client. Beltech Corp Holdings acts as a deployment agent and never claims ownership of client assets. Clients retain full administrative control at all times.

Payment Terms

Services are billed as a one-time setup fee plus a recurring monthly maintenance fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds on setup fees after deployment begins.

Credential Security

Client credentials stored in the Launch21 vault are encrypted at rest using AES-256. Access is limited to automated deployment systems. Credentials are permanently deleted within 30 days of service cancellation.
