Launch21 collects information you provide directly: company name, contact email, phone number, brand assets, social media handles, and platform credentials you choose to share via our secure vault. We also collect usage data through standard web analytics.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively to deploy and maintain your digital presence across the platforms you select. Credentials stored in the vault are encrypted at rest and used only for platform provisioning. We never sell, share, or monetize your data.

Data Ownership

All accounts, profiles, and platform assets are created in your name and remain your property. Upon cancellation, all credentials in the vault are permanently deleted within 30 days.
